Executive Support Specialist
With over 12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Jess brings a strong background in customer service, high-quality support, and a genuine passion for connecting with people. For more than a decade, she has served on the Executive Leadership PTA board at her children’s schools, leading numerous events and fundraisers. Jess values community, and creating positive experiences for both clients and the TAG team.
A graduate of the University of Washington, she lives on the Eastside with her husband and two children, enjoys exploring the Northwest, spending time with her large extended family, and working on her backyard garden.
